Return & Refund Policy
At Jofel Vintage, we understand that clothing may not always fit or meet expectations. We offer a clear and transparent return process to make things easy for you.
Return Period
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return items. Returned items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and have all original tags attached.
How to Start a Return
- Contact us: Email support@jofelvintage.com or call +31 6 40599771 to request a return. We will issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
- Return form: We will provide a return form with our return address and a field for your RAN.
- Pack your items: Place the items in their original packaging. Include the completed return form and your packing slip or order confirmation. Clearly write the RAN on the form.
- Ship the parcel: Send your return to:

Return Shipping Costs
- If we shipped the wrong item or the product arrived damaged, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For all other returns (for example, a different size or change of mind), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- We do not charge additional processing fees for returns.
Refunds
- After we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
- Refund processing can take up to 14 days from the date we receive the return.
- Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
Exceptions
We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, altered, or are missing original tags.
